LEARN was the best decision I’ve made EVER! Quitting my full time job was the hardest part, but once I realized how much there is to learn, and grow, it was literally the best decision I’ve made. I had a career in a non-technical background and tried to learn something totally new. It was my turn to take my career into my hands and physically change it for the better. You can go to code school for many reasons, but at the end of the day, you are learning invaluable skills to put in your tool box. The best part is that those tools can be used in so many different capacities, that it’s really up to you to run with it in any which way you want. Example: Software engineer, Web Developer, Email Developer, Marketing, Technical Support, Technical Evangelist…and the list goes on. Skies the limit. LEARN teaches you how to learn new skills on top of learning HTML, CSS, JS, Ruby, and much more. I appreciate the staff being so supportive, and the other students who make the whole journey a lot of fun. The plus side is the LEARN community of alumni, students, mentors, and companies. It’s a win win.
