Create Your Own Mobile-Applications Using the Ionic Framework

Starting on August 6th, DevPass, the only educational program aimed at experienced developers, will be teaching students how to build mobile-apps using the Ionic framework.
“Ionic Hybrid mobile development let’s you build an app with one code base, and one programming language, Javascript,” explains DevPass and SoftStack Instructor Peter Horton. “We choose Ionic because of its speed to develop in, rich robust UI components and ease to deploy.”
By learning to use the Ionic framework, developers will leave knowing how to create cross-platform applications that work in iOS, Android, and modern browsers all from a single, drag-and-drop interface and deploy them directly to native app stores. Ionic uses the “Cordova” plugin library so you can create apps that access operating system features like the camera, GPS, and flashlight.
